OUR INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS POLICY

Our fundamental principle is to establish a citizen-focused, participatory management approach as part of our institutional culture by providing fair, transparent, and friendly services with a sense of social responsibility.

We aim to deliver our municipal services with this approach, adhering to national legislation and, where necessary, referencing international norms and standards.

To create healthy and comfortable urban sustainability with a management approach that values citizens, employees, stakeholders, and the environment:

• Ensure effective stakeholder communication,
• Protect the environment to leave a livable, clean environment for future generations,
• Minimize the negative environmental impacts of all our service activities in our city,
• Reduce factors contributing to climate change, adapt, and protect ecological balance and biodiversity,
• Increase the use of renewable energy sources,
• Ensure the sustainable use of our natural resources,
• Promote the Zero Waste approach, a fundamental and critical element of waste management,
• Consider environmental, energy, and occupational health and safety factors alongside quality in investments and procurements,
• Implement smart city applications by maximizing the use of modern technology,
• Provide healthy and safe working conditions for our employees and suppliers to prevent injuries, accidents, and occupational diseases, and protect the safety of third parties affected by our activities,
• Eliminate potential hazards at their source, and where this is not possible, reduce risks to an acceptable level,
• Ensure employee participation and consultation on occupational health and safety matters,
• Raise awareness of occupational health and safety,
• Establish integrated transportation networks and modes that are public transport-focused, safe, comfortable, fast, environmentally friendly, aligned with the city’s economic and social development, and open to technological innovations,
• Enhance safety levels in transportation,
• Prevent deaths and serious injuries resulting from road traffic collisions,
• Provide sustainable solutions that cater to all segments of society,
• Provide the necessary information and resources to achieve these goals,

We will enhance the performance of Quality, Environment, Energy, Occupational Health and Safety, and Road and Traffic Safety and ensure the continuous improvement of management systems to achieve this.
